Our three GCCs are located in India, Poland and Mexico.\n \nThe GCCs will enhance our operational efficiency, resilience and innovation potential, enabling a timely response to changing business demands.\n \nOur GCCs are an integral part of Astellas, guided by our shared values and behaviors, and are critical enablers of the company's strategic priorities, sustainable growth, and commitment to turn innovative science into VALUE for patients.\n \nPurpose and Scope:\n \nThe Learning Operations and Technology Analyst plays a critical role in enabling the successful delivery, optimization, and scalability of enterprise-wide leadership and capability programs. As a core member of the enterprise learning team at Astellas Pharma, this role integrates program operations, learning technology management, and data-driven insights to ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable learning experiences across the organization.\n \nThe role owns end-to-end program operations while also leading learning platform administration, metrics and dashboard development, content governance, and vendor coordination. By combining operational excellence with digital fluency and analytical capability, the Learning Operations and Technology Analyst supports enterprise capability growth and performance impact.\n \nResponsibilities and Accountabilities:\n\n Enterprise Program Operations & Delivery Management: Own end-to-end operational planning and execution of enterprise-wide leadership and capability programs. Coordinate scheduling across global business areas and geographies Ensure facilitator readiness, session set-up, and delivery logistics. Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate operational issues to ensure seamless program execution.\n Learning Technology & Platform Management: Manage learning content lifecycle, including uploads, version control, archival, and quality assurance within platforms. Coordinate with content owners, facilitators, and vendors to maintain current and high-quality materials. Ensure content is accessible, organized, and aligned with enterprise standards. (e.g., interacting with LMS, virtual learning tools, enrollment systems).Troubleshoot technical issues and partner with stakeholders and vendors to ensure platform functionality, upgrades, and continuous optimization. \n Metrics, Dashboarding & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain dashboards to track participation, completion, engagement, and delivery metrics. Translate learning data into actionable insights for enterprise learning leadership and stakeholders. Support evaluation processes and contribute to measurement of program effectiveness and business impact. Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness.\n Stakeholder & Communication Management: Manage calendars, communications, invitations, and program-related updates for global stakeholders. Partner with senior leaders, facilitators, HR colleagues, and external vendors to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely information. Maintain internal communication sites and knowledge base in Microsoft and Service Now.\n Live delivery support & issue resolution: Provide real-time operational support during program delivery, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling, technology, or logistical issues to maintain quality and momentum. \n Continuous improvement & scalability: Capture lessons learned, identify process improvements, and support the evolution of scalable, repeatable operational practices to enable sustainable enterprise rollout.\n\n
