Pay Range: $50 - $53/hour.  Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end planning and coordination of learning initiatives and training programs.
  • Own training calendars, scheduling, registrations, communications, and participant engagement activities.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and status reporting.
  • Ensure learning programs are delivered on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate and support virtual and instructor-led learning sessions.
  • Serve as a host and facilitator support during enterprise training events.
  • smooth learner experiences before, during, and after learning sessionsSupport the design and development of engaging learning experiences and training materials.
  • Collaborate on webinars, workshops, learning resources, job aids, facilitator guides, presentations, and digital learning content.
  • Implement learner surveys and evaluation methods.
  • Analyze participant feedback and learning effectiveness metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve learner engagement and program outcomes.Help translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly learning experiencesPartner with IT teams, business leaders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project meetings, requirements gathering sessions, and planning activities.
  • Drive communication and alignment among stakeholders throughout the learning lifecycle.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

  • BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Operations, Program Coordination, Enablement, Project Management, or Corporate Training.
  • Experience managing learning programs, workshops, webinars, or employee training initiatives.
  • Strong project management, scheduling, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology learning initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and Instructional Design methodologies.
  • Experience with ADDIE, SAM, or related learning frameworks.
  • Experience supporting learning programs related to:
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Cybersecurity Awareness
  • Microsoft 365
  • Digital Workplace Technologies
  • Employee Technology Adoption
  • Experience facilitating or supporting Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating visually engaging learning materials and communications.
  • Experience in Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
