Learning Solutions Manager

Kforce's client in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Digital Learning Design & Development Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative digital learning solutions. This role combines instructional design, project management, digital development, and learning technology to create engaging learning experiences that support business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Learning & Development, digital learning design, project management, and leading teams through complex learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop digital learning solutions aligned with business and learner needs
• Translate learning strategies and objectives into detailed instructional designs and development plans
• Manage learning solutions throughout the full design and production lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables
• Oversee the development of digital learning content, including eLearning, microlearning, simulations, videos, animations, job aids, and performance support materials
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to learning solutions
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather requirements, review content, and ensure alignment
• Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Create evaluation and assessment strategies to measure learning effectiveness
• Facilitate content reviews, testing, revisions, and final approvals
• Ensure digital learning solutions meet accessibility, quality, compliance, and documentation standards
• Identify and implement innovative technologies and approaches that enhance the learner experience
• Lead and provide guidance to learning designers, developers, and creative professionals
• Support continuous improvement of learning design, development, and production processes

Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of Learning & Development, instructional design, digital learning, training development, or related experience
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience designing and developing digital learning solutions
• Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with learning technologies, digital learning platforms, and development tools
• Experience managing or providing direction to project teams or creative professionals
• Strong stakeholder and subject matter expert management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud-based collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional services or consulting experience
• Experience working in learning technology or software development environments
• Experience with microlearning, mobile learning, simulations, video, animation, and digital performance support
• Knowledge of learning evaluation and assessment methodologies
• Familiarity with learning compliance and accessibility standards
• Prior large professional services firm experience
