- Hold a valid WI DPI License in Cross Categorical Special Education and/or bachelor's degree with a desire to become certified to teach special education.
- Believe that all children are capable of success, no exceptions.
- Possess the knowledge, skills, and professional philosophy that will allow them to serve on Co-Plan, Co-Serve, Co-Learn teams.
- Demonstrate high expectations for students, families, and colleagues.
- Be flexible in their thinking and commit to a growth mindset for self and others.
