Immediate need for a talented Learning & Training Specialist. This is a 06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Cambridge, MA(Hybrid). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities: Role: Training transformation / Learning experience contractor Core mission: Harmonize and standardize existing BO training materials for our stakeholders Transform presentation content into automatic, engaging, interactive learning experience Introduce quizzes, assessments and learner feedback loops Help to define a scalable training framework Content Harmonization & Standardization Review, audit and consolidate large volumes of existing training materials into a unified curriculum Apply standardized templates, branding and formatting across all training assets Ensure consistency in tone, structure and instructional design approach Create reusable content components Develop and document a scalable training framework/playbook Instructional Design & Learning Strategy Design detailed instructions to support long-term training Structure, simplify, and synthesize complex content Define: Clear learning objectives Modular training programs End-to-end learning paths Create training support respecting adult learning principles Provide constructive challenges and recommendations to improve content quality and relevance Interactive Learning Design Design and deliver engaging, learner-centric training experiences using interactive methodologies Build quizzes, knowledge checks, questionnaires, and formal assessments aligned to learning outcomes Develop scenario-based and interactive modules to enhance retention and application Optimize content for usability, accessibility, and learner engagement Incorporate feedback loops and iterative improvements to maximize effectivenessKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills; Training / Learning & Development Experience/ E-Learning Development Tools/ Onboarding & Presentation Experience E-Learning Development & Tools Tool environment: ELearn / LMS platform, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, Camtasia Expected deliverables with quizzes, assessments, and tracking mechanisms Language & Work Environment English-speaking, international environment Project Delivery & Autonomy Deliver multiple training streams simultaneously Delivery-oriented Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or more 2 years of experienceOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
