Responsibilities.

Reports to and takes direction from Accounting Manager.

Olathe Noble Equipment Leasing, Inc. Responsibilities

Companies: Olathe Noble Equipment Leasing, Inc.

• Processes and reviews Lease Contract termination files in accordance with contract terms (as terminations occur).
• Develops and maintains Olathe Noble Equipment Leasing "Lease Termination Final Statement" procedures.
• Ensures all incoming calls/voicemails requiring follow-up contact are returned by the end of the following business day.
• Addresses all correspondence (phone, fax, email, mail) from former lease customers.
• Actively monitors and pursues collection of money owed by former lease customers.
• Ensures timely scanning and verification of all former lease customer termination files.
• Maintains Lease Customer Term Report.
• Performs other assigned duties and responsibilities as assigned.

TransAm Trucking, Inc. Responsibilities

Companies: TransAm Trucking, Inc.

• Processes and reviews Independent Contractor termination files in accordance with contract terms (as terminations occur).
• Keeps a daily log of incoming calls/voicemails and returns calls requiring follow-up contact by the end of the following business day.
• Develops and maintains "Owner Operator Termination Final Statement" procedures.
• Addresses all correspondence (phone, fax, email, mail) from former owner operators.
• Actively monitors and pursues collection of money owed by former independent contractors
• Scan and verify all former owner operator termination files.
• Prepares the weekly invoice for all independent contractors who enroll with independent third-party tax advisor, Pickett, Chaney & McMullen ("PC&M"), listing all amounts that have been withheld from the contractors settlements.
• Performs other assigned duties and responsibilities as assigned.
