Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5

As a Lease Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing lease documentation and ensuring smooth lease operations. You’ll work closely with the lease management team to deliver results that support organizational growth and efficiency.

What You'll Do
As a Lease Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinate and oversee quarterly lease installation activities to ensure smooth execution and compliance
• Draft and prepare order letters to initiate lease processes
• Create vendor payment approval documents and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare check requests efficiently to support timely payments
• Issue Certificates of Acceptance and maintain organized lease documentation

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage or loan processing or equivalent financial industry background
• Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data management, and reporting)
• Math aptitude and the ability to interpret legal documents and vendor invoices
