Lease Administrator

Insight Global is seeking a Lease Administrator for a leading telecommunications client. This individual will join the Records & Portfolio team and support a large commercial real estate portfolio through lease administration, lease abstracting, invoicing, reconciliation audits, and critical date management. The ideal candidate possesses strong commercial lease interpretation skills and can go beyond basic data entry by analyzing lease language, identifying key provisions, validating landlord charges, and accurately translating critical information into lease management systems.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage a steady, deadline-driven workflow. The successful candidate will work closely with Real Estate and Finance teams, conduct detailed operating expense reconciliation reviews, communicate directly with landlords, and maintain highly accurate lease records.
