G.A. Rogers & Associates is partnering with our downtown Dallas-based client to identify a Leasing Analyst to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with contracts, analyzing lease data, and supporting a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The Leasing Analyst will play a key role in supporting lease administration, ensuring accuracy across agreements and partnering with internal stakeholders to track and maintain lease-related information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and abstract lease agreements and related documentation
- Maintain accurate lease records and databases, ensuring all information is current and well-organized
- Track key lease terms, critical dates, and compliance requirements
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for internal stakeholders
- Support communication and coordination with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all lease documentation
Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in lease analysis or contract administration in the energy industry.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex datasets
- Ability to interpret legal and contractual language
- Strong working knowledge of oil and gas lease terms, title concepts, and land administration practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with lease management systems or contract databases
