Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the Lease Administration Team providing a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to the following.

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Minimum 2 years related work experience to include lease administration and accounting
  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate principles and financial concepts
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional planning and decision-making skills are highly desired
  • Ability to work effectively in an organizational structure, and interact positively with various groups of individuals
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and its applications

  • Must be available 3 days a week to be onsite at the Microsoft Campus in Redmond, WA.
  • Manage the scanning and filing of paper documents.
  • Archive, index and box lease files for off-site storage.
  • Review, scanning and routing of incoming mail.
  • Support Account Director, Operation Manager, and CRM''s, as needed.
  • Triage cases for abstraction.
  • Work closely with MS Space in assigning buildings to database.
  • Work in a variety of SharePoints uploading documents.
  • Run monthly reporting to send to Shareholders.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
