Your Role at Sephora:
Ready for a career glow up? As Lease Audit Manager, you''ll be managing US & Canadian lease audit & co-tenancy programs. The work you do will impact beauty, as you accurately and timely enforce lease provisions. You''ll manage a team that''s united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about ensuring compliance and maximizing savings.
What You''ll Do:

Bachelor''s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or a related field (strongly preferred).
CPA certification (strongly preferred).
5-8 years of retail experience, ideally with a focus in Lease Compliance and/or Auditing.
Strong reporting and analytical skills with extremely high attention to detail.
High-level client service skills, attention to detail, demonstrate the ability to assign priority to multiple requests simultaneously, and remain cool under pressure.
Deep understanding of lease contracts and negotiations, including the ability to read, analyze, and interpret leases and related documents.
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Effective listening and interpersonal communication skills for responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and fostering cooperative relationships.
What You'll Get:
The annual base salary range for this position is $99,025.00 - $131,765.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
