    Job Description

    Island Operating is actively seeking experienced Lease Operator to join our team supporting oil and gas operations in West Texas and New Mexico.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of production operating experience
    • Experience operating and maintaining production equipment
    • Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) required
    • Must be able to safely work in HS environments
    • Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
    • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with operations personnel
