Lease Operator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate pumping/flowing oil wells and oil/gas production facilities
• Analyze surface and subsurface production equipment performance
• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment
• Complete run tickets
• Input daily production data into production accounting system
• Operate a route with little direct supervision
• Assist in training less experienced lease operators as needed

Job Requirements:

• Oil & gas industry experience with production operations experience required
• Computer skills sufficient to utilize production accounting software and access/utilize company website functions
• Good communication skills and ability to work with minimal direct supervision
• High school diploma or GED required
• Good driving record required
