Lease Operator

PAY: 25-30 /HR

SHIFT: Full-Time 7:30-4:30

What You’ll Do

• Operate oil wells and oil/gas production facilities.
• Monitor production equipment and identify performance issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
• Complete run tickets and enter daily production data.
• Manage an assigned route with minimal direct supervision.
• Assist with training less experienced lease operators as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Oil & gas production operations experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use production accounting software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Clean driver's license and driving record.
