Why This Role Rocks

Join our Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting team as a Lease Specialist and play a key role in supporting a large, dynamic real estate portfolio of 600+ leases. This is a high-impact role where you'll ensure accurate and timely rent payments, partner cross-functionally, and keep critical financial data running smoothly. This is an on-site position that works a hybrid schedule at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky.

What's On Your Plate

• Manage and maintain lease and landlord data within the CoStar system
• Prepare weekly and monthly rent payment schedules across a large portfolio
• Review annual CAM reconciliations and investigate/dispute discrepancies as needed
• Partner with Legal and Real Estate teams to resolve property-related issues
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate landlord payment setup
• Communicate lease-related expenses to accounting teams and operators
• Safeguard confidential financial and lease information

Your Recipe for Success

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate administration, or accounting support
• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; experience with Microsoft D365 or similar payment systems a plus
• Ability to stay organized and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
