Overview
The Lease-Up Property Manager (Apartment Communities) oversees the daily operations and success of a multifamily community during its lease-up phase and through ongoing stabilization and occupancy. This role is responsible for achieving occupancy and financial goals through strong leasing performance, exceptional resident service, and effective operational management. Working independently, the Property Manager serves as the on-site point of contact for residents, vendors, and regional leadership, ensuring the property reflects the Company's standards of quality, professionalism, and care.
