Leasing Administrator

Location: Plainview, NY

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 annually (based on experience)

Employment Type: Permanent

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Leasing Administrator to join our team in Plainview, NY. This role will support daily leasing operations for a commercial real estate portfolio, ensuring accuracy in documentation, tenant communication, and system management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain lease documentation, including new leases, renewals, and amendments

  • Enter and track lease data within MRI system, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Coordinate with property management, legal, and accounting teams regarding lease terms and updates

  • Prepare leasing reports, abstracts, and correspondence

  • Assist with tenant communication, including onboarding and ongoing inquiries

  • Monitor critical lease dates, including expirations and rent escalations

  • Support general administrative functions related to leasing operations

Requirements:

  • Must have hands-on experience working in MRI

  • Must have prior experience within commercial real estate

  • Strong understanding of lease agreements and related documentation

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
