Leasing Administrator
Location: Plainview, NY
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 annually (based on experience)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Leasing Administrator to join our team in Plainview, NY. This role will support daily leasing operations for a commercial real estate portfolio, ensuring accuracy in documentation, tenant communication, and system management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain lease documentation, including new leases, renewals, and amendments
Enter and track lease data within MRI system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Coordinate with property management, legal, and accounting teams regarding lease terms and updates
Prepare leasing reports, abstracts, and correspondence
Assist with tenant communication, including onboarding and ongoing inquiries
Monitor critical lease dates, including expirations and rent escalations
Support general administrative functions related to leasing operations
Requirements:
Must have hands-on experience working in MRI
Must have prior experience within commercial real estate
Strong understanding of lease agreements and related documentation
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
