Leasing Administrator
Location: Sacramento, CA 95819
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. This individual excels at building relationships with prospective and current residents while maintaining strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Responsibilities
Conduct community tours and highlight property amenities to prospective residents
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits in a timely and professional manner
Manage the full leasing cycle, from initial contact through application and move-in
Support marketing and outreach initiatives to drive leasing activity
Foster positive relationships with current residents and provide exceptional customer service
Assist with lease renewals and ensure a smooth, efficient renewal process
Address resident questions or concerns promptly, providing solutions and appropriate follow-up
Maintain accurate records within property management systems and databases
Coordinate scheduling, manage calendars, and track follow-ups
Assist with reporting, documentation, and general office operations
Utilize social media and digital platforms to support leasing efforts
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks
Proficient in computer systems, including databases, scheduling tools, and social media platforms
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and a clean driving record

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
