Leasing Administrator

Job Description
- Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements and related documentation.
- Track lease renewals, expirations, and amendments to ensure compliance with terms.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements in the company database.
- Coordinate with landlords and tenants to address lease-related inquiries or issues.
- Assist in negotiating lease terms and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Generate reports on lease status and other relevant metrics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all lease agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support retail operations and property management.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience with lease agreements and documentation in the retail industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for lease agreements.
