Leasing AdministratorOur client is a long-established specialty retail organization with a strong presence across the United States, serving a broad customer base through an extensive store network. Known for its fast-paced environment and continued growth, the company offers employees the opportunity to work within a dynamic retail real estate portfolio while contributing to operational excellence and business success.Job DescriptionPrepare, review, and manage lease agreements and related documentation.Track lease renewals, expirations, and amendments to ensure compliance with terms.Maintain accurate records of lease agreements in the company database.Coordinate with landlords and tenants to address lease-related inquiries or issues.Assist in negotiating lease terms and ensuring alignment with company objectives.Generate reports on lease status and other relevant metrics for management review.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all lease agreements.Collaborate with internal teams to support retail operations and property management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
