Leasing Administrator

Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Leasing Administrator to support daily leasing operations for a residential property portfolio in Sacramento. This role is responsible for managing lease documentation, maintaining accurate resident records, coordinating communications between departments, and providing excellent service to current and prospective tenants.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience in property management or leasing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, process, and maintain lease agreements, renewals, notices, and related documentation

Assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process, including application follow-up and move-in coordination

Respond to tenant questions regarding leases, payments, maintenance requests, and community policies

Serve as a central point of communication between residents, leasing staff, maintenance teams, and property management

Maintain accurate resident files and ensure documentation is organized and up to date

Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and resident transfers

Track occupancy information and assist with reporting and recordkeeping

Support property management with administrative projects and daily office operations

Schedule appointments, meetings, and resident communications as needed

Ensure a positive resident experience by providing timely and professional customer service

Qualifications

Required

Minimum 1-2 years of administrative, leasing, property management, or customer service experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Professional and customer-focused demeanor
