Summary:
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents.
Drive occupancy by leasing apartment homes and providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct property tours and guide prospects through the leasing process.
Assist with resident retention efforts and community engagement activities.

Responsibilities:
Greet prospective residents and provide professional property tours.
Maintain current knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and community amenities.
Process rental applications and coordinate move-in procedures.
Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
Ensure model units, vacant apartments, and community common areas are presentable and ready for tours.
Maintain positive relationships with residents and address concerns professionally.
Coordinate and assist with resident events and community engagement activities.
Monitor and maintain community curb appeal.
Enter maintenance requests and follow up to ensure resident satisfaction.
Research local market trends, competitor pricing, and community offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of residential leasing experience.
Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Yardi, Entrata, or other property management software.
Strong sales and closing abilities.
Experience planning resident events and community engagement activities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences.
Schedule:
5 days per week
8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Some Saturdays required
