Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our winning team at the Earl Apartments in Gainesville. We are offering up to $18/hrs plus $75 commissions, two-weeks paid time off, nine paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and tuition reimbursement. Essential job duties and responsibilities include: greeting, assisting, and attempting to lease apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community, creating all lease documents and facilitating getting all parties to sign where required, maintaining all resident files both physical and digital in Yardi, utilizing required telephone etiquette and techniques, assisting Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program, and performing additional functions from time to time as requested by the Property Manager.
Knowledge, skills, and experience required include: minimum of 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service field, good computer skills and ability to navigate software, good verbal and written communication, bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, must engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents, must be an organized self-starter, and must be professional in appearance and demeanor.
