Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 DOE

The Opportunity

As a Leasing Agent, you'll guide prospective residents through the leasing process while supporting day-to-day property operations. You'll work closely with the property management team to maintain occupancy goals and provide exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process

• Prepare leases, renewals, and move-in documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Respond to resident inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

• Maintain accurate leasing records and update property management software

• Support marketing initiatives, resident events, and occupancy goals

What We're Looking For

• 
  

• Previous leasing, customer service, sales, or property management experience preferred

  
  
• 
  

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or other property management software is a plus
