Leasing Agent

We are seeking a motivated, Leasing Agent to join our property management team in Boca Raton, FL. This role is ideal for a leasing professional with affordable housing experience who can hit the ground running, deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents, and support daily leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect Engagement: Respond promptly to incoming leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits; assist prospects through the entire application journey.

• Tours & Marketing: Conduct engaging property and apartment tours, highlighting community amenities and apartment features.

• Compliance & File Management: Assist with leasing paperwork, maintain accurate resident files, and ensure compliance with program guidelines.

• Resident Relations: Deliver outstanding customer service to current residents and visitors to maintain a welcoming community environment.

• Administrative Support: Execute additional leasing office administrative duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

Position Specifications

• Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour

• Location: Boca Raton, FL 33432 (In-Person)

• Start Date: Immediate

Qualifications

• Required Experience: Direct experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) / affordable housing programs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when handling paperwork and files.

• Ability to start immediately and adapt quickly to a fast-paced property management environment.
