Job Overview

RentersHub is seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our growing property management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong interest in real estate, leasing, and customer service.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, responsive, and confident in a sales-oriented environment. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and is committed to creating a positive experience for prospective and current residents while helping RentersHub maintain strong occupancy across our rental portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to prospective tenant inquiries.
• Schedule and conduct property tours and showings.
• Follow up consistently with prospective tenants and leasing leads.
• Market available rental properties across approved platforms.
• Provide accurate information regarding rental rates, availability, lease terms, and qualification requirements.
• Assist prospective tenants throughout the application and screening process.
• Prepare lease documents and coordinate lease signings.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure all required documentation is completed.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, showings, applications, and leasing activity.
• Utilize AppFolio to manage leasing activity, applications, and resident information.
• Build positive relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Work closely with the Property Manager and property management team regarding vacancies and leasing activity.
• Help achieve company occupancy and leasing goals.
• Ensure leasing activities comply with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire leasing process.
