Our client, a residential property management organization in Florence, SC, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join their team. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who enjoys working with people, supporting daily property operations, andhelping prospective residents find the right home.

As a Leasing Agent, you will serve as a first point of contact for prospects and residents, support leasing and administrative processes, and contribute to maintaining a positive and professional community environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and return incoming phone calls for multiple properties in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current residents
  • Schedule property showings using the property management system
  • Assist prospects throughout the leasing process with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Communicate with residents regarding property-related questions, concerns, and updates
  • Support daily administrative and operational tasks for the Property Management team
  • Assist with property inspections and coordinate with the Maintenance Manager regarding work orders, inspections, and unit turns
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle conflict effectively while maintaining professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Knowledge of property leasing or legal administrative processes is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience preferred
Schedule & Employment Type
  • Full-time, in-person
  • Must be able to commute to Florence, SC
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly rate: $17/hr - $20/hr
  • Paid Time Off: 2 weeks PTO
  • Retirement: 401(k) with employer match up to 6% after one year of employment
