We are seeking an experienced and detail - oriented Leasing Agent who assists prospective tenants throughout the leasing process, including property tours, assist and explain lease terms, providing excellent customer service to ensure a great resident experience.
Leasing Agent Duties:
Maintain quality appearance on the leasing center
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, or walk ins in a professionally and effectively way
Accurately complete lease applications and other necessary paperwork
Verify all new move-in packets following company standards
Coordinate move-in dates
Assist in marketing efforts, including online postings, social media, and community outreach
Ensure model units and vacant apartments are clean and ready for showings
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitor properties
Assist with all resident activities and communication.
Meet with new residents to insure satisfaction in their new apartment home.
Assist in obtaining renewal of expiring leases within the specific time period as directed by the Onesite pre-determined settings.
