Leasing Agent

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced, upbeat, friendly, and professional Leasing Agent to join our small team at The National. We take pride in providing an exceptional resident experience, with a strong focus on resident satisfaction, retention, and creating a welcoming community.

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded individual who is confident working with prospective residents, enjoys building relationships, and can balance sales and customer service in a fast-paced property management environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up with all prospective resident leads in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule and conduct property tours
• Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents
• Assist prospective residents throughout the application and leasing process
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to maximize leasing opportunities
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
• Assist with resident questions, concerns, and day-to-day needs
• Maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized leasing office
• Support the team with resident retention and community engagement initiatives
• Provide exceptional customer service from the initial inquiry through move-in and beyond

Ideal Candidate

• Previous leasing or property management experience required
• Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with people
• Professional and polished with excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable with sales, follow-up, and meeting leasing goals
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Able to create a great first impression and make prospective residents feel at home
