The Leasing Agent’s responsibilities may vary slightly based on location; however, strong communication skills and a personable demeanor are key factors to success. The ability to multi-task and be adaptive to changing responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude are also crucial. This position is located in Golden, Colorado.

Schedule

• Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Complies with local and federal Fair Housing Standards
• Touring prospects and leasing apartments
• Responsible for updating resident databases
• Process applications
• Responds to residents’ inquiries
• Conducts inspections of vacant apartments

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service, previous leasing experience required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Yardi experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Approachable and friendly demeanor
• Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work with all levels of employees

Compensation

• Hourly Rate Range for this position: $18.00 - $23.00
• Leasing Commissions
• Up to 8% Annual Property Management Bonus
