Title: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Kennewick, WA
Pay Range: $20–$22/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Join a high-performing team at The Management Group. We’re looking for a Leasing Agent with property management or leasing experience who thrives in a fast-paced setting and loves delivering top-notch service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, resident relations, rent collection, and compliance.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.
  • Conduct tours of the community, showcasing high-end unit features and community amenities to prospective residents.
  • Facilitate the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, renewal strategies, and retention initiatives to support occupancy goals.
  • Maintain accurate resident files, leasing documentation, and property records using property management software.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance and office team to ensure the property operates efficiently and presents at its best.

What You Bring:

  • At least one year of property management, leasing, or relevant administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and property management software (AppFolio experience a plus).
  • Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and accommodate resident schedules as needed.
