Are you an experienced leasing professional ready to start working right away? We have an immediate opening for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Lease-Up Leasing Agent for a property located in Miami, FL 33136.

This is a fast-moving, temp-to-perm role offering weekly pay, consistent daytime hours, and long-term potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet prospective residents and conduct engaging property and apartment tours.

• Answer incoming leasing calls and follow up promptly on digital inquiries.

• Process applications, verify income/documents, and prepare lease files in compliance with Tax Credit / LIHTC guidelines.

• Assist with resident move-ins, lease renewals, and document signing.

• Deliver responsive, professional customer service to resolve resident needs.

• Support day-to-day leasing office administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish): Fluent communication skills in both languages are required.

• Hands-on experience with Tax Credit (LIHTC) or affordable housing properties is required.

• Able to start immediately and work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus Saturdays as needed.

• Experience with property management software like OneSite is strongly preferred.

• Detail-oriented, strong closer, organized, and customer-focused.
