Now Hiring: Leasing Agent (Part-Time) 

Location: Elyria, Ohio  

Are you friendly, motivated, and passionate about helping people find their perfect home? Join our small but growing property management team in Elyria, Ohio, as a Part-Time Leasing Agent!  Previous experience is a plus, but training will also be provided.

Position Overview: 

As a Leasing Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process, showcasing properties, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This is a part-time role with up to 30 hours per week and some flexibility in the office work schedule (primarily in person, with potential for some remote hours)  .  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Respond promptly and interact professionally via phone, email and in person to potential tenant inquiries.  
• Conduct property tours and present features and benefits effectively  
• Process rental applications and assist with background checks  
• Update and maintain accurate tenant information in property management software (AppFolio)  
• Maintain accurate leasing records and follow up with prospects  
• Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants  
• Collaborate with property management to ensure resident satisfaction 

Qualifications:  

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred  
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office & Google Office Suite)  
• Ability to learn and efficiently use property management software (AppFolio experience is a plus)  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
