Leasing Agent

OCF Realty is a leading property management firm based in Philadelphia that is committed to providing exceptional services across a diverse portfolio of residential properties. We are seeking a licensed Leasing Agent to support our leasing efforts.In this role, you will showcase our 3,000 managed properties to potential tenants while delivering top-notch customer service. If you have a proven track record in sales, prior leasing experience and a passion for Philadelphia's neighborhoods, we'd love to hear from you.

This role includes a base salary with commission earned on closed applications, along with a full benefits package that includes paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and 401(k) matching.

Schedule: This position is full-time and requires a commitment to one regularly scheduled weekend day (for example, a Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedule). As this is a commission-based position and weekends typically generate more showings, maintaining a regular schedule that includes both Saturday and Sunday is optional but can increase earning potential.
