Seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community, with temp-to-hire potential.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm; Saturday, 10:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $20-$23/hour
Responsibilities include greeting prospects, qualifying leads, recording visits, maintaining guest files, inspecting units, demonstrating community features, processing applications, securing deposits, and ensuring move-in readiness.
Follow-up with prospects, assist with renewals, monitor advertising, and maintain resident and lease records. Represent the community professionally and support team efforts.
Skills required: strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and sales skills; knowledge of real estate law; recent Fair Housing training; flexible schedule; pass background/drug tests.
