    Job Description

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor s degree. Four years of progressively responsible experience in contract administration, property management, real estate planning and development, leasing, payment administration and reconciliation, contract compliance, auditing, and/or related contracting functions is required. Additional progressively responsible experience in contract administration, property management, real estate planning and development, leasing, payment administration and reconciliation, contract compliance, auditing, and/or related contracting functions may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

    Recruitment Notes

    The PIOD Leasing & Asset Manager oversees the comprehensive administration of the Department's lease agreements and assigned real estate assets. The position manages the full lease lifecycle, maintains accurate records, monitors critical dates and financial obligations, and ensures compliance with lease terms and County requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating renewals, amendments, and terminations; implementing internal controls and audit-ready documentation; and supporting financial accountability. The role collaborates with internal departments, property owners, landlords, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders to effectively manage the County's leasehold interests and real estate assets.
