ABOUT THE ROLE
POAH Communities is seeking an individual to serve as Leasing Assistant. This individual will report to the Property Manager. Gardner Terrace II and Hebronville Mill are about three miles south of downtown along the Ten Mile River and formerly served as textile mills. Garden Terrace II is made up of 52 one-bedroom apartments, while Hebronville Mill has a total of 83 units, featuring one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The renovation of Gardner Terrace II & Hebronville Mill features a substantial renovation of the oldest historic structure on site. The North Mill at Hebronville will receive a full renovation that will preserve the structural and exterior historic elements of the building. The remaining buildings will receive significant upgrades as well. Interior improvements are designed to provide full renovations of kitchens and bathrooms, with eight units being upgraded or adapted for barrier-free accessible living. Upgrades to common areas will include elevators and restrooms compliant with accessibility standards, and a new management office and community room.
