Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, property owners, vendors, and internal staff

De-escalate conflicts and resolve issues in a professional manner

Organizational & Administrative Skills

Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Multitask across leasing, maintenance coordination, inspections, and administrative duties
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-ups
Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks

Financial & Business Skills

Assist with budgeting and monitoring expenses
Support rent collection and follow up on delinquencies
Understand basic financial reports and property performance metrics
Coordinate cost-effective solutions with vendors and contractors

Market available units through multiple channels
