Leasing Assistant (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Assistant with strong sales skills to join our property management team. The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and passionate about helping prospective residents find their next home while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to leasing inquiries and convert prospects into residents
- Conduct property tours and follow up on leads
- Process rental applications, leases, and renewals
- Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident communications
- Coordinate maintenance requests and support daily office operations
Qualifications:
- Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Property management or leasing experience preferred but not required
