We are currently searching for a direct hire Leasing Consultant for a luxury apartment community in Lansdale, PA! If you love interacting with customers and thrive in a sales environment, this is the opportunity for you! Our client is offering up to $24 per hour and $75 per lease.

Primary Responsibilities:

Greets prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs and preferences and close leads

Accurately prepares and assist new residents with all leasing paperwork (i.E. Lease move-in packets, applications, lease agreements and employment and credit checks) and key distribution

Collects security deposits, rent and any other charge associated with residents moves

Communicates all lease and community policies to new and current residents

Follows up with all leads and prospects that did not lease

Ensures apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last minute touches when appropriate

Seeks out new residents by creative marketing techniques

Manages lease renewal process

Follows up in a timely manner on all calls, emails and site visits

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

One to two years of experience as an apartment leasing consultant

Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally

Basic computer knowledge including Yardi, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and exposure to social media

Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required
