About the Job: You will support the leasing department and develop the skills necessary to become a successful leasing officer. These include:

• Creating and fostering new client and brokerage relationships
• Negotiating leases
• Developing sales leads, cold calls, and referral opportunities

About You: This is the perfect entry-level opportunity for a person with:

• An undergraduate degree in business, economics, or a closely related field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A highly professional demeanor, both on the telephone and in person
• A verifiable history of personal accomplishment
• Proven ability to drive demanding challenges to optimal conclusions
• A commitment to team goals and orientations

Experience in commercial real estate is beneficial, but NOT required.

NOTE: Candidates must be able to work on site. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

The annual base salary range is $50,000 - $80,000, plus unlimited performance-based bonuses.

Please note: The base salary represents just one component of the Company's comprehensive compensation package. In addition to base pay, employees may qualify for variable compensation, which can include unlimited performance-based bonuses and long-term incentive opportunities.
