Leasing Consultant

Habitat America, a growing property management company, seeks an entry level and professional full time Leasing Consultant for Riverwoods at Tollgate in Abingdon, Maryland. Tollgate I & II consists of 141 apartment homes. Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude. Qualified candidates should have Tax Credit housing experience but is not required, be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service. 2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role required.
