Leasing Consultant - Apartments

Location: Louisville, KY

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: On-Site (Three to four weekends required per month)

About This Opportunity

Apartment Leasing Consultant needed for 500 unit, Class B apartment community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead marketing and sales initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth
  • Manage social media presence and digital engagement strategies
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects
  • Support property operations and resident satisfaction initiatives
  • Utilize Yardi or OneSite property management software for daily operations
  • Assist with lease administration and resident relations
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Leasing Consultant in multifamily housing
  • Proven expertise in marketing and sales within residential property management
  • Yardi or OneSite experience preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and resident relations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including three to four weekends per month
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to pass comprehensive background verification
