Givens Gerber Park is looking for a full-time Leasing Consultant to support our affordable community. This positions primary responsibility is to maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere while conducting all business ventures.
What youll do:
Answers incoming phone calls and handles each call accordingly, whether it is a prospect call, irate resident, service request, etc.
Greets prospective residents, qualifies, determines needs and preferences, professionally, presents community and specific apartments while communicating features and benefits
Prepares and qualifies applicants for Compliance approval
Assists in developing market strategies and markets property as directed
Correctly completes all lease applications, assists with application verification and notifies prospective residents of results
Maintains and monitors affordable waiting lists according to policy
Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor
