Leasing Consultant - Property Management
Location: Aubrey, TX 76227
Schedule: Monday through friday
Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations and provide excellent service to current and prospective residents. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong occupancy and creating a positive community experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents with tours, applications, and leasing information
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication throughout the leasing process
- Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and ensure accurate documentation
- Support resident relations by addressing questions and concerns professionally
- Assist with marketing efforts, online listings, and community outreach
- Maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and model units
- Collaborate with the property management team to meet occupancy goals
Requirements
- Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer skills; experience with property management software is a plus
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
