Leasing Consultant - Property Management

Location: Aubrey, TX 76227

Schedule: Monday through friday

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations and provide excellent service to current and prospective residents. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong occupancy and creating a positive community experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours, applications, and leasing information
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication throughout the leasing process
• Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and ensure accurate documentation
• Support resident relations by addressing questions and concerns professionally
• Assist with marketing efforts, online listings, and community outreach
• Maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and model units
• Collaborate with the property management team to meet occupancy goals

Requirements

• Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Basic computer skills; experience with property management software is a plus
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
