LEASING CONSULTANT

We are currently seeking an outgoing, positive, energetic Leasing Consultant to act as an ambassador between the public, residents of the community and the Reybold team. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships, providing exceptional service to the community residents and future residents to achieve occupancy goals. This position requires working on weekends and holidays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Presenting properties and providing amenities to prospective residents
• Determining the needs of prospective renters
• Taking guest on tours of homes
• Confirming rental application data and personal references
• Staying knowledgeable of the property market status
• Understanding and communicating leasing terms
• Ensuring prospects are documented
• Diligently following up on leads
• Establishing rapport with residents
• Utilize CRM/Yardi to deliver best customer service

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in leasing, hospitality, or administrative work with a focus on sales
• 3-5 years Sales experience
• Experience with Market Rate property sales is preferred
• Valid Drivers License Required
• Knowledge of the real estate industry
• Yardi/CRM Knowledge is a plus!
