Part-Time Weekend Leasing Consultant - Doraville, GA

Are you outgoing, customer-focused, and enjoy helping people find a place to call home? We're looking for a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team in Doraville, GA. This is a weekend-only position, perfect for someone looking for consistent part-time hours.

Pay: $16.00 to $17.00/hour

Schedule: Part-Time, Weekends Only (Saturday - 10:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday - 1:00pm to 5:00pm)

Location: Doraville, GA

Language Requirement: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

What You'll Do

• Greet prospective residents, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.
• Conduct property and apartment tours and help prospective residents find the right home.
• Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries and follow up with prospective residents.
• Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, and general office responsibilities.
• Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents while helping maintain a welcoming community environment.
• Work independently during weekend hours while staying organized and keeping the leasing office running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, professional, and comfortable working with a variety of people.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Previous leasing, property management, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred, but we're open to someone with strong people skills who is eager to learn.
