Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
- Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
- Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communication
- Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach
- Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth leasing process
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Requirements
- Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable using basic computer and property management software
