We are seeking a sales-driven Leasing Consultant to manage the sales process from start to finish at Century Tower, a 293-unit residential building at 182 West Lake Street in Chicago's Loop neighborhood. Essential functions include:
Qualified candidates will be self-starters with at least 2 years of sales-related experience. Previous apartment leasing experience with proven, exceptional closing skills preferred. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and administrative acumen. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain current Illinois leasing agent license. Regular weekend hours will be required.
The hourly rate for this position is based on level of experience and ranges between an hourly rate of $23.00-26.30 + commission eligibility.
