Leasing Consultant - Property Management
Location: El Cajon, CA 92021
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9am-3pm
Pay: $22-$23 per hour
We are a professional, resident‑focused property management company committed to providing exceptional service and well‑maintained communities. We're seeking a Leasing Consultant who understands the leasing process, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can deliver results with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide high‑quality, informative property tours
- Respond quickly to phone, email, and online inquiries to maximize leasing opportunities
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and highlight community features and benefits
- Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare accurate lease agreements
- Manage renewals, resident communication, and customer service needs
- Maintain organized records and update property management software daily
- Assist with marketing, outreach, and occupancy‑driven initiatives
- Ensure the leasing office, model units, and amenities are clean and presentable
Qualifications
- Previous leasing experience required (property management or multifamily preferred)
- Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional appearance and positive, solution‑focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Comfortable using computers and leasing software
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
