We're looking for a Leasing Consultant in Florissant, MO to be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in assigned communities

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind achieving maximum occupancy in our communities, from generating leads to securing lease renewals. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships with residents and ensuring a seamless leasing experience. What You'll Do:

• Welcome prospective residents, conduct community tours, follow up on leads, and close leases while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Meet and exceed leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals in a fast-paced, high-volume apartment community.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting current and prospective residents in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts by promoting the community, distributing marketing materials, and helping generate qualified traffic.
• Prepare leases, process applications, maintain accurate resident files, and complete administrative tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Utilize RealPage OneSite and Microsoft Office to manage leasing activities, resident information, and daily operations efficiently.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Experience with Residential Apartment Leasing
• Customer relationship development experience a plus
• Knowledge of One-Site Property Management software a plus, but not required
• Bilingual - English & French is a plus
